1. शीर्षासन (Shirshasan) - Shirshasan yoga me, jaisa ki iske naam se hi pta chalta hai, sir ko niche or peron ko uper karke kiya jata hai .
Starting me ye yog karte samay aap kisi wall ka ya apne kisi friend ka sahara jaroor len, is se ye yog karne me aasani hogi.

Shirshasan karne ke lie aap yoga mat ka upyog karen or yoga mat nahi ho to aap kisi chadar ya kambal ko thoda mota karke use apne sar ki niche rakh len.

Ydi aap ye aasan pahali baar kar rahe ho to aap kisi friend ka ya diwar ka sahara le sakte ho.
Ye yaad rakhen ki jis jagah par aap ye aasan kar rahe ho, vo jagah ek dam sidhi sapaat honi chahie.

Shirshasan karne ke lie sabse pahle normal position me beth jaao or aap aisi jagah par bethe janha par aapko jhukane ke lie poori jagah milti ho.


Ab aap aage ki or jhuken or apne dono kandhon ko jameen par tikakar or hath ki anguliyon ko milakar sar ke niche hath is prakar den ki is se aapke sar ko support mile.

Ab dheere dheere apne sar ko anguliyon par rakhte hue apne peron ko uper aasamaan ki taraf uthayen, ye karane ke lie aap kisi friend ka ya diwar ka sahara le sakte hai.
Jb per poore khul jaae uper ki taraf to ise dhire dhire vapis niche ki or le aayen.

2. स्वर्गासन ( Swargaasan ) -  Swargaasan naam se hi Pta chalta hai ki ye body ke sabhi parts ke lie help full Yoga hai.
Swargaasan karne se aapke sharir ke Sar se lekar per tk poore body ki Exercise ho jati hai. 

Is karane ke lie sabse pahle kamar ke bl let jaayen. Hathon ko kamar ke paas zameen par sidhe fela len or Sans lete hue apne dono peron ko aaram se uper ki or uthaye . Or sath hi dheere dheere kamar ko bhi upar ki taraf uthayen .

Is karate samas aone face ko upar rakhen or apne hath kk kohaniyan jameen par tikaye rakhen .
Ye aasan apni capacity ki hisab se hi karen or starting me km time karen or dheere dheere time ko badhayen .

3. पवनमुक्तासन (Pawanmuktasan) - Ise Gas Realising Yoga bhi kahate hai.
Pawanmuktasa ka mtlbmahota hai ki aisa Yoga jis se Gas mukt hoti ho.
Ye hamari body me se jo harmful gasses hoti hai unhe nikalta hai or hamari body ko refresh rakhta hai or Digestion problem ko door karta hai.

Ise karane ke lie sabse pahle peeth ke bal let jayen or fir apne dono peron ko felayen or inke bich ke gape ko km karen.

Ab dono pavon ke ghutne moden or unko apni hath ki bahon se gher len ab sans chhodte hue ghutno ko dabate hue chhati ke nikat lekar aayen or ise apni thodi ke touch karne ka prayas karen.

Jitna ho sake, is stage me bane rahen or fir dheere dheere vapis starting stage me aa jayen.

4. बालासन (Balasan)- Ise Child pose yoga bhi kahte hai. Balasan me aisi stage banate hai jesi stage me hum maa ke pet me hote hai.

Isi lie ise balasan kahte hai Balasan ko karne par hme peace and relaxed feel hota hai.

Is karne ke lie Khule me ya park me Adi ke bl beth jayen or apne kulhon ko ko adi ke upr rakhen.

Ab dheere dheere apne head ko zameen ki taraf layen or deep breath len.
Ab dono hathon ko zameen par rakhte hue ise piche ki taraf sharir ke paas rakhte hue felayen, hatheliyon ko upr ki taraf rakhen.

Ab apni kohaniyon ko relaxed chhod den or apne dono hathon ko jhangho ko touch karte hue piche ki or lekar aayen.

Ab apne head ko dheere dheere zameen ko touch karaye.
Is position me jitna ho sake utna rahen.
Or ye baar baar karen.

Ise karane se hum stress free hote hai or hamari kamar ki haddi mazboot hoti hai.
Ydi kisi female ko bawasir hai to ye unke lie bahut jyada labhdayak hota hai or is se Masik Chakkar me hone vali samsyaon se bhi labh milta hai.
Ise karne se kabj or acidity ki problem se rahat milti hai.

5. पर्वतासन (Parvatasan)- Ise  Mount shape Yoga bhi kahte hai kyuki ise karte samay hamari shape parvat ke saman ho jati hai.

Ye aasani se kar sakne vala ek easy yoga hai.

Ise karne ke lie sabse pahle aap saaf jameen par dari ya chatai bicha kar beth jaayen, or or cross foot matlab left per ko right prr or right per ko left pr lekar beth jayen.


Ab andar ki or deep breath lekar dono hathon ko upar ki or sidha khada kar len or jitna time ho sake utna time is position me sans rok kar rakhen.

6. पश्चिमोत्तनासन (Paschimotnasan)- 
Paschimotnasan karte samay ridh ki haddi ke sath hamari body ka pichla bhag tan jata hai isi lie ise Paschimotnasan kahte hai.
Ye aasan thoda kathin jaroor hai lekin daily practice se aasan ho jata hai.

Ise karne ke lie sabse pahle aao zameen par beth jayen or apne dono peron ko samne ki taraf faila kar apne body ko or back kamar ko dheela chhod den.


Ab sans andar lete hue apne hathon ko upar ki taraf lekar jayen or fir sans chhodte hue apne body ko aage ki or jhukayen.

Aage jhukte hue koshish karen ki apne hathon ki ungliyon se aone peron ki ungliyon ko pakden or nak ko ghutno ke takrayen. 

Ab dheere dheere sans len or sans ko nikale.

Is position me jitna ho sake utna rahen ki koshish karen. Or ye poora work again and again karne ki koshish karen.

Ise karne se Bawasir me sahayata milti hai or sath hi pet ki mansapeshiyon ko majbooti milti hai or hmare pet ke keede mar jate hai.


7. हलासन (Halasan)-- Halasan ka mean kisan ke hal ki tarah sharir ko aakar dena. Yeh aasan kai bimariyan dur karta hai. Saath hi saath yeh aasan garden ko sidha uar lachila aur vajan ghatane ke liye mahatvapurn yogasan hai. Is se Bawasir me kafi rahat milti hai. 


Ise karne ke lie sabse pahle kisi saaf jagah par beth jayen or Muh upar aasaman ki tarf aaur aankhen band karen.

Fir dheer dheere dono apne pairo ko upar ki aur uthaye, Aisa karte time Deep breath len andar ki taraf. 
Ab Dono pairo ko sir ke piche lagaane ki koshish kare or kamar ko pairo ke saath piche ki tarf modane ke liye haath ka sahara le. 
Ab dheere dheere apni capacity ke anusar hi pairo ko mode aur thoda rukane ka prayas kare.    Koshish karen ki aapke ghutne mude nhi. Ab aap vapis starting vali position me aa jayen
Ise karne se khane ka digestion achhe se hota hai or hmari pet ki charbi kam ho jati hai or sath hi kbj se bhi rahat milti hai.
8 मत्स्यासन (Matsyasan) -- Matsyasan ko fish  pose yoga bhi kahate hai.
Ise karte samay hmari kamar niche ki taraf rahati hai.
Ise karate time hmari position fish ke saman ho jati hai so ise matyasan kahte hai.
Ise karne ke lie sabse pahle apne pairon ki sahare beth jayen or fir dheere dheere piche ki taraf jhuk jayen or pith ke bal jhuk jayen.o r ab bayen per ko dayen hath se or dayen per ko bayen hath se pakad len.
Is position me kohaniyan zameen ke touch rahni chaie or ghutne zameen ke sate hue hone chahie. 
Ab sans lete hue apne body ko piche ki or lekar jayen or ab dheere dheere sans len or sans ko chhoden.
Ab jitna ho sake utna apne aap ko is position me banaye rakhne ki koshish karen or baad me vapis starting position me aa jayen.

Ise karane se aapki bawasir ki samasya se chhutkara mil jayega or iske sath hi ye kabj ke lie or fefdon ke lie bhi bahut jyada labhdayak hai.

9. अश्विनी मुद्रा (Aswini Mudra )-- Bawasir ke lie ye sabse achha or best yoga hai.
Ye Baba ramdev yoga for Piles me sabse best hai.
Ise aao aaram se bina kisi sharirik work kie easily kar sakte hai.
Ise Ashwini mudra is lie kahte hai kyuki isme ghode ke saman guda ko sankuchit karna hota hai.

10. मूलबन्ध (Moolbandh) -- Moolbandh bhi Bawasir ke lie ek bahut hi achha yoga hai.
Ise karne se hame bawaBaw se mukti milti hai or sath hi pet ke sabhi rog bhi samapt ho jate hai.

Moolbandh ko karne ke lie sabse pahle aap kisi samtal jagah par beth jayenor fir apne bayen per se guda dwar ko Adi ki sahayata se badayen.
Ab dayen per ko bayen per ke upar rakh len or yog mudra bana len.
Ab is mudra me guda dwar se niche ki vayu uper ki or khinchne ka prayas karen or ise andar hi khinche rakhen jb tk aap aise rah sakte ho, tb tk aise hi rahe or fir dheere dheere aap hava ko chhod den.
Ise karane se Piles ki problem poori tarah se khatm ho jati hai or sath hi kabz or pet ki samsyaon me bhi madad milti hai.
